How do I register for courses?

You will first need to Sign Up here on our website. Then, choose the course for which you want to register from the Course Catalog. After selecting your course, follow the payment screens to submit payment. After your initial Sign Up, use the Login button to access your account. If you still need assistance, please contact us at support@motorullc.com.


What form of payment do you accept?

MotorU, LLC exclusively uses PayPal to accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.


Do you accept checks for course payment?

For On-Demand Courses, we only accept credit card payments via PayPal.  Check payment is accepted for In Person Training.


I registered, but I haven't received my confirmation email.

Confirmation emails may take up to 24 hours to receive. Also, please check your spam filter, as it may have blocked your confirmation email. If it has been longer than 24 hours, please contact us at support@motorullc.com.


How long will I have access to an On-Demand Course after I have registered?

You will have access to start an On-Demand Course for 30 days from the date of registration. If you are unable to complete the course within that time, please contact us at support@motorullc.com.


What are the system requirements of On-Demand Courses?

You will need both a high speed internet connection and a modern browser such as Firefox, Edge, Chrome, Safari, or Opera. If an older browser is detected, the user is automatically prompted to update their browser to experience the software in the best way possible.


Can I sign up to receive emails about new courses?

Yes!  You may sign up for our newsletter here. You may unsubscribe at any time. 


Can I print my old On-Demand Course completion certificates?

During your 30-day enrollment period, you may view your course activity from your profile and reprint certificates from completed courses. If you need assistance on retrieving your certificate, please contact us at support@motorullc.com. Please note, your course completion certificate will be emailed to you in PDF format after completing the course. In addition, the course completion certificate is available for download and printing upon completion of the course. 


Does MotorU, LLC offer CPE credit?

CPE credit is offered for select On-Demand Courses. On-Demand Courses eligible for CPE will be noted in the Course Description for each course in the Course Catalog. 

MotorU, LLC is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.


Are you registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA)?

MotorU, LLC is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complains regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through is website: www.nasbaregistry.org.


What is your refund policy for On-Demand Courses?

For On-Demand Courses, a full refund will be issued if the following two requirements are met:

A refund request is received within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

The student has not started the course.

All requests for a refund must be made in writing by email addressed to support@motorullc.com. No refund will be issued once the student has started the course.
